- Orders without a VIN provided are considered Final Sale and are Not Returnable. Orders that contain electrical components are Final Sale and are Not Returnable.

- There will be no warranty support from humberviewparts.ca or GM Canada on any purchase if both the VIN# and KMS on the vehicle are not supplied.

- Humberviewparts.ca is not responsible for packages that are "lost" after delivery. Contact the courier company instead, not us.

- The online catalogue provided is not the official General Motors catalog, a VIN can verify the parts ordered against online catalogue inaccuracies..

- We ONLY sell parts under the GM long number, NOT the Delco short number!

In the case of when we have an active promo code, we are unable to apply any promo code after an order is submitted.
All promotional offer codes MUST be entered by the purchaser at time of checkout.
You must contact us about any damaged or defective item within 30 days of the delivery date to qualify for a resolution on the issue. We reserve the right to refuse any damaged or defective item(s) reported after 30 days of the delivery date.
Frequently asked questions: Pre-authorized (Pre-auth) payments:
- Pre-authorized payments are payments that allow us to collect the funds required on the order.
- These transactions remain in the Pending section on the bank statement.
- Once the order is confirmed, payment is then collected - you will see it under the Posted section on the bank statement.
- In the event that an order fails to come through, it typically takes between 2-5 business days on average for the Pre-auth to clear.
- Cancelled orders may take 2-5 business days for the Pre-auth to clear.
Part availability and information:
- Email us directly to confirm part availability. Part availability is subject to change daily.
- GM may discontinue a part without notice. The listing may not reflect this information until updated.
- In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.
- If a part is indeed discontinued and/or not available, part listing will be adjusted accordingly, as well as the order will be cancelled.
- Modules, computers and other related electrical items may require programming completed by your local dealer. These are also final sale items.
