Shipping Policy
- We do not ship internationally, only Canada wide.
- We only accept order within Canada, not worldwide.
- In stock orders ship within 24 hours, or within one business day.
- Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day (Example; place on order Friday after 4pm EST, it will be processed Monday).
- Most orders are shipped complete within 2-4 business days.
- Parts ordered directly from a US warehouse typically take up to 5-8 business days to arrive then shipped out to the consumer.
- GM may discontinue a part without notice. The listing may not reflect this information.
- Part availability can change frequently and GM may run out of inventory.
- In the event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued with other parts that are available, we will email you directly.
- If a part is indeed discontinued/no longer available or backordered, part listing will be adjusted accordingly, and the order will be cancelled (or the part removed from order).
- Depending upon location, shipments usually take 1-5 days.
- Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination.
- We do not ship incomplete orders.
- We do not ship COD orders.
- We do not ship to P.O boxes.
Pick up is available, only at 56 Fieldway Rd, Etobicoke, ON M8Z 3L2
- Monday-Friday.
- 8am to 4pm EST.
- Closed weekends and statutory holidays.
- No alternate pick up locations available.
- Wait for a confirmation email for the order being ready for pick up.
- Do not arrive for pickup if the order is not flagged as complete and ready.
- No walk in ordering, must be completed online.

- In order to ensure that our customers get the correct part, we strongly suggest that you provide the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) with your order. If a VIN number is not provided on the order, we reserve the right to refuse the return based on our terms and conditions if the ordered part does not fit the application.
- The online catalog provided is not the official General Motors catalog, a VIN# can verify the parts ordered against catalogue inaccuracies. Email us directly and we can confirm correct fitment for your vehicle.
