Returns Policy

  • Contact us to arrange for any returns. We will not credit any parts back without approval.
  • Return request need to be within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Any order placed without a VIN are non-returnable. No VIN, no returns.
  • Electrical parts, or parts that contain electrical components, are final sale and are non-returnable, with or without a VIN.
  • There is a 30% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
  • A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return or the return will not be issued.
  • Do not write on the packaging (bag/box) - doing so will void the return and we cannot issue a credit.
  • Parts must be in resaleable condition and in the original packaging.
  • Part number tags must be intact and legible to read (not torn/ripped)
  • We do not take back used parts or parts that have been installed. We will not issue a refund if any of these signs are present.
  • Returns of missing components will not be credited.
  • If a part is sold in a pack quantity more than one, the same amount would have to be requested for return (ex: pack quantity 10 but returning 7 is not allowed, must be 10)
  • Shipping costs and handling fees are non-refundable
  • We are not responsible for installation errors, nor will we cover any labor, towing or rental car expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation.
  • Cores must be returned within 45 days of purchase date. No exceptions.
  • Cores must be drained of any fluids and back into the original packaging. Failing to do so will void the core return. No exceptions.
  • If your part fails to meet these noted lines when inspected, the refund will not be issued. If you wish to have the refused part sent back, prospect pays all shipping costs.


** You must contact us about any damaged or defective item within 30 days of the order completion delivery date to qualify for a resolution of the issue. We reserve the right to refuse to service any damaged or defective item reported more than 30 days after the delivery date.

  • In order to ensure that our customers get the correct part, we strongly suggest that you provide the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) with your order.
  • If a VIN is not provided on the order, we reserve the right to refuse the return based on our terms and conditions if the ordered part does not fit the application.
  • The online catalog provided is not the official General Motors catalog, a VIN# can verify the parts ordered against catalogue inaccuracies. Email us directly and we can confirm correct fitment for your vehicle.

Cancellation Policy

  • An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
  • If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply.
  • If a delivery is refused by the purchaser, shipping will not be refunded, a 50% restocking fee will be applied.
